I’m glad you’re here!
I’m Keri Mankos, and for over 20 years, I’ve been on a journey of pursuing both God’s truth and a deeper understanding of mental health.
With a background in secular psychology, I used to believe that much of what I learned had little relevance after I became a Christian. But over time, I began to see that many of the questions and struggles addressed by psychology are answered more fully through a biblical worldview.
Now, I’m passionate about bridging the gap between secular mental health approaches and the unchanging truth of Scripture.
This site, The Christian Mind Lab, is a place to explore how faith and reason work together. It’s a space to wrestle with life’s hardest questions about purpose, identity, emotions, and well-being, while building a mindset that honors both spiritual truth and psychological insight.
In a culture of confusion, I believe it’s more important than ever to know what you believe, why you believe it, and how to respond with clarity and compassion. My goal is to help Christians grow deeper in their faith while developing a biblically grounded approach to mental and emotional health.
